Norton earned a bachelor’s degree in both mechanical engineering and industrial technology at North-Eastern University and did an MS in engineering design at Tufts University. He is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts. He has extensive industrial experience in engineering design and manufacturing and has many years of teaching mechanical engineering, engineering design, computer science and related subjects at North-Eastern University, Tufts University and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
